Fit and compatibility

Will this fit on my toilet?

Boss Bidet fits 99% of two piece toilets, both elongated and round. It will not fit a one piece toilet.

I have a fixed pipe toilet connector. How can I install my bidet?

Fixed toilet connectors are not common, but they are simple to swap out without any plumbing experience. Buy a flexible toilet connector hose from any hardware store (six inches is usually enough), then: 1) turn off the water, 2) loosen the top and bottom nuts and remove the fixed connector, 3) install the flexible connector and tighten the nuts, 4) turn the water back on. Takes under 5 minutes with a wrench, then follow the installation video above.

How do I fix the gap between my toilet seat?

First, try rotating the circular rings on the bidet to different positions, keeping the nozzles centered, to reduce the gap. If the gap is big and you want to keep your seat, toilet bumpers give the seat something to rest on. If you want to remove the gap entirely, swapping the toilet seat works best. Round plastic seats like the Church 70TL or Bemis 760T, or the Bemis 400TTA wood seat, pair well (we have no affiliation with these brands).

Do you have left hand bidets?

At the moment we do not carry any left hand bidets.

What is the difference between FRONT, REAR, and SANITIZE?

REAR cleans your rear. FRONT is for the female private area, and it makes it easier for the gentlemen to hand wash the goods. Highly recommended. SANITIZE sprays down at the nozzles to clean any residue before water is sprayed at you. Use it before and after each wash.

Can I control the pressure?

Yes. Turn the round dial to increase or decrease pressure, from gentle enough for kids to strong enough for adults.

With several people using the same toilet, how does the sprayer stay sanitary?

The nozzles are retractable and there is a dedicated sanitize feature that washes both nozzles to remove any residue. Every spray that reaches you is fresh water and nothing else.

Does Boss Bidet require electricity?

Nope. Boss Bidet is 100% environmentally friendly and uses no electricity. It runs on the water pressure from your toilet valve.

What is included with my Boss Bidet?

The Luxury comes with a T-Adaptor, heavy duty hose, and instruction manual. Have a screwdriver and wrench handy for the install, or add the Bidet Tool Kit above and they arrive in the same box.

Can I attach and remove it easily?

Yes. Installation and removal each take under 15 minutes. If you move, take your bidet with you.
