I think the directions as to how to install this for cold water use only need to be clearer. Also they need to make the parts included list a little clearer for each individual model.

I'm so glad that I got this for the master bathroom. It does a world of wonders for my husband.

Well, I just didn't need all of the extra headache of cutting holes in my very expensive vanity cabinet so I just hooked it up like the other one that had broken. You could have kept the tools. That would have cut the price in half. You did re-engineer the the thickness and you added a support wire. Good attempt on an improvement effort. All in all, it's ok.

Good bidet. I like how slim it is. The plastic seems thin and cheap, the components for getting it installed leak horribly and I had to buy new parts from the hardware store to get it installed without leaking. I prefer my less expensive one that I'd had previously.
