Boss Bidet fits most two piece toilets, both elongated and round. It will not fit a one piece toilet.
Fixed toilet connectors are not common, but they are simple to swap out without any plumbing experience. Buy a flexible toilet connector hose from any hardware store (six inches is usually enough), then: 1) turn off the water, 2) loosen the top and bottom nuts and remove the fixed connector, 3) install the flexible connector and tighten the nuts, 4) turn the water back on. Takes under 5 minutes with a wrench. Then follow the installation videos.
First, try rotating the circular rings on the bidet to different positions, keeping the nozzles centered, to reduce the gap. If the gap is big and you want to keep your seat, toilet bumpers give the seat something to rest on. If you want to remove the gap entirely, swapping the toilet seat works best. Round plastic seats like the Church 70TL or Bemis 760T, or the Bemis 400TTA wood seat, pair well (we have no affiliation with these brands).

REAR cleans your butt. FRONT is for the female private area, and it makes it easier for the gentlemen to hand wash the goods. Highly recommended. SANITIZE sprays down at the nozzles to clean any residue before water is sprayed at you. Use it before and after each wash.

Yes. Turn the round dial to increase or decrease pressure. On the Bold model, raise or lower the lever.
It takes in hot and cold water, and the internal thermostat calculates and sprays the most comfortable temperature. Unlike standard hot water bidets, this prevents burning and dry skin. It also needs one less hose, for a cleaner bathroom finish.
Yes. Cover the warm water connection (H) on the Dual Temperature Adaptor with the Warm Water Adaptor Cap and use it with cool water. You will not need the longer hose or the Mini T-Adaptor, but save them for future use.
The nozzles are retractable and there is a dedicated sanitize feature that washes both nozzles to remove any residue. Every spray that reaches you is fresh water and nothing else.
Nope. Boss Bidet is 100% environmentally friendly and uses no electricity. It runs on the water pressure from your toilet valve.
Every attachment comes with a T-Adaptor, heavy duty hose, and instruction manual. Revolution models also include a full size wrench and screwdriver.
